30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition

For hygiene reasons, foundation returns are accepted unopened and unused, in its original packaging. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us and we'll make it right regardless of condition.

How to Start a Return

Email us at the address on our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm your return and next steps within 1-2 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
